• Cash and Credit refunds are not applicable. • We do not offer any exchange or refund on sale items, sample sale pieces, or products with minor faults. All such purchases are final. • In the case of an incorrect item being shipped by us, or an incorrect order being received by you, please contact our customer service team to exchange. Exchange policy would be same for this case. • munVR Offers Trouble-Free 15 Days Exchange Policy. • Contact munVR support team to submit your Exchange request. • Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get an exchange. • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. • All Exchanges should be sent to: munVR, Mumtazabad, Multan, Pakistan • Keep in mind that the Website is only to be used for new orders and exchanges will never process through the website. • Change of Article during the exchange will only be possible if your previous article is sold out or size is not available. • Exchange is applicable for change of waist size only, article length will be standard and not claimed for exchange. • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 Days of purchase for an exchange.
